| 1. Only residents or visitors in Ontario may enter. |
| 2. Drawing of prize: December 26, 2010 at
noon at The Lucan Community Centre, Lucan, Ontario,
Canada. |
| 3. Entries must be received no later than
December 22, 2010 at 12:00pm. Entries received after this
time will be void. |
| 4. Winner is responsible for
pickup/delivery, insurance, taxes, and license expense. |
| 5. Appraisal value is approximately $48,000. |
| 6. If you are a winner, by entering you have
provided authorization to release your name and likeness
for promotional purposes. Lucan Biddulph Recreation
Committee assumes no responsibility for lost, late,
misdirected or non-delivered mail. All defective or
incorrect entries will be immediately disqualified. |
| 7. All sales are final and non-refundable. |
| 8. Certificates will be mailed to the
entrant for tickets purchased by mail.
